He has worked for three local authorities (Reading, Crewe & Nantwich and Southampton) and for an Edinburgh based young people's 'community holidays' charity. Sean has been Play Services Manager for Southampton City Council for just over 5 years and over the last three years has been leading on the city's play policy and strategy development and implementation.
