Prime Minister's Remit for CYPU

• Develop, refine & communicate government's strategy for children & young people
• Join up policy-making across departments
• Assemble knowledge on children & young people
• Support the Minister for Young People in speaking and listening on youth issues
• Develop and manage the Children's Fund
• Promote dialogue with voluntary sector
• Encourage local co-ordination
